1 Check Starter panel and verify breakers are in good working


condition, Ammeter, Voltmeter, BMS, etc. Check whether the
Single Line Diagram is available inside the Panel

2 Check the operation of the VSD panel

3 Check whether the Chilled water piping & Condenser water piping
installed with the motorised valves, Balancing Valves, etc as
per approved As Built drawings

4 Check Fire Dampers are open

5 Check air filters are clean

6 Check BMS and Fire Signal connections

7 Start AHU and run for 10 minutes

8 Measure air flow in the supply main duct

9 Measure air flow in the return main duct

10 Measure air flow in the fresh air duct

11 Measure static pressure in Main Supply air duct

12 Measure Chilled water temperature in and out

13 Measure Condenser water temperature in and out

14 Measure the Chilled Water Flowrate and Condenser water

15 Calculate cooling capacity of AHU based on the parameters measured


above

16 Measure Noise Level inside and outside Room

17 Check condensate water free flow and into floor trap

18 Verify tap point inside AHU Room


19 Verify the measured values against the specified values
