Sir:

The number of dengue cases in the Province of Leyte is so alarming and some of the towns and
provinces have already been declared under the state of calamity. Moreover, a number of patients have
been transfused with blood and some of the dengue patients find it so hard to look for a blood that
would match their blood type.
In line with this, the American Field Service Intercultural Program Philippines (AFS IPP) School
Club will be conducting a bloodletting donation activity and at the same time a free medical check-up for
the Senior Citizens on August 31, 2019 at the Tabango Sports Gymnasium, Brgy. Poblacion, Tabango,
Leyte.
In this connection, we would like to ask for your assistance and help in conducting the said
activity.
Thank you and more power to you!!!
God bless.

Sincerely,

JADE VALENZONA
