 Shop Drawings for Design of Air Conditioning & Ventilation system. @ Rs. 750/Sheet
 Shop Drawing for Plumbing works including drainage,
Water supply system and Fire Fighting System. @ Rs. 700/Sheet

TOTAL MEP Shop Drawing FEE per sheet @ Rs 2300/Sheet

Total Sheets. Approx. 300 sheets.

Total Amount (Fees per Sheet. X Total Sheets) PKR 690’000/-

Data Required for Proceeding of MEP Shop Drawings.

I. Final Architecture of drawings in soft form.


II. Floors utilities arrangements with designated labels of utilization.
III. Basic information regarding interior and exterior finishes, false ceiling levels and layouts.

Proceeding of Above Scope.

I. All the MEP Services shall be provided as per the running progress of civil works; however the
final submission shall be done in 04 weeks after the receiving of Final Architectural Drawings.
II. Only Two Revision in Architectural Layout changes will be accommodated in the above quoted
prices.
MODE OF PAYMENT:

 100% Advance.
