OF ARMY INSTITUTE OF LAW, MOHALI

(SESSION: 2019-2020)

Counselling for admission to B.A. LL.B 5-Year Course will be held at Army
Institute of Law, Sector-68, Mohali-160062, Punjab on 17 Jul 2019 as per
following details:-
Candidates called for Counseling

(a) Category
(i) All India Civil Category 01 – 10 only
(ii) Army Category 01 – 95 only
(b) Timing* 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
(i) All India Civil Category 9.30 am – 10.00 am
(ii) Army Category
(Rank 01 – 40) : 10.00 am – 1.00 pm
(Rank 41 – 95) : 1.30 pm – 5.00 pm

*Please report as per timing.


Note:-

(i) It is mandatory for candidates to submit Army Category Certificate ink signed
copy at the time of counseling.
(ii) It is mandatory for the candidates of LET Merit No.01-60 (Army Category) and
Merit No. 01-04 (All India Civil Category) to deposit an amount of Rs. 1.00 Lac
(adjustable in the Fees) to confirm their seat for admission to LL.B 5-Year Course
on or before 5th Jul 2019 by 5.00pm.
(iii) Candidate must appear in person on the date of counselling 17th Jul 2019 at
AIL, Mohali. Non-appearance of candidate in person for counselling will result in
the candidate being rendered ineligible and the seat will be offered to the candidate
next in merit.
(iv) The confirmation of seat is provisional and subject to the verification of all
original documents. Candidates called in for counselling/admission must provide all
requisite certificates in original. These will be retained by the Institute for
registration and verification by Punjabi University, Patiala.
(v) Candidates who are offered admission will have to deposit the fees/balance of
fee in full on the same day. No delayed/part payment is acceptable (please refer
para 18 & 19 of the Prospectus-2019).
(vi) In case any candidate desires for refund of the deposited amount at any time,
it will be returned within 15 days after the counselling as per the UGC refund
rules(refer para 22 of the prospectus).
