Description: The Hotel consists of 108 rooms with five star facilities
and used an innovative automation technology for its lighting which is
one of its kinds in India.

Role & Responsibilities:-

 Reviewing approved GFC layouts for site execution.


 Reviewing technical specification.
 Estimating materials for the projects as per requirement / approved
drawings and ordering materials.
 Preparation of project work schedule.
 Organizing Man power to allot work as per day schedule.
 Attending site weekly review meeting with Client / Consultant /
Architect.
 Reporting to the Project manager for the latest updating on the
drawing submissions, Daily reports, monthly reports, material status etc
 Preparation of Electrical shop drawings (Lighting, power and UPS
wiring) and reviews engineering plans.
 Preparation of contractor bills and work allocation as per
contractual documents.
 Maintained effective working relationship with consultant, client,
vendors and outside agencies etc.
 Coordination with facility management team for testing and
commissioning.
 Coordinating with Quality surveyor for preparing bills and variation
claims.
