NARRATIVE REPORT
ON THE ADVOCACY CAMPAIGN
ON EARLY REGISTRATION DAY

In compliance with the Division Memorandum No. 15, s. 2014, dated January 23, 2014, entitled
“Submission of Accomplishment Report on the Child/Youth Find Activities and Early Registration for SY
2014 – 2015” wherein all schools are required to conduct an advocacy campaign on Early Registration
Day; we had undergone the following, to wit:

a. Advocacy with the teachers through a conference;


b. Advocacy with the pupils through information dissemination during the flag ceremony;
c. Advocacy with the parents through general PTA meeting.

Pictures of the conduct of the activities are attached herewith.

JANUARY 25, 2014

In compliance with the Division Memorandum No. 15 s. 2014 entitled “Submission of


Accomplishment Report on the Child/Youth Activities and Early Registration for SY 2014 – 2015 wherein
all schools are required to conduct an actual Enrolment for Kindergarten, Grade I, Out-of-School
Youth/Balik-Aral, and ALS Enrolees.
