You must present your passport or photo ID along with either a printed or a mobile voucher when you pick up your
device

The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

No deposit required, fillout credit card information form at the counter. The card will only been charged if the device
has been lost or damaged

Make sure you can pick up the device during opening hours

Pick Up and Drop Off Information:


Taoyuan International Airport (TPE)
Location: Unite Traveler service counter #1 at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2

Opening hours: 24 hours, daily

Taipei Songshan Airport


Location: Greeting Hall next to Gate E of Terminal 1, baggage service counter

Opening hours: 6:00am-10:00pm

Kaohsiung International Airport


Location: Golden Founders Travel counter

Opening hours: 6:00am-12:00am

Return Process:
Return the device to the Unite Traveler service counter (drop off at the box outside operation times - Taoyuan and
Kaohsiung airports only)

You can return in any counter that suit your travel plan

Surcharges:
Loss, damage or breakage of WiFi device: TWD3,300

Exterior scratches or damage: TWD1,500

Loss or breakage of cord set and plug: TWD150

Loss or breakage of cover and box: TWD300

Loss or breakage of entire set: TWD3,900

Please note: All surcharges must be paid directly to the staff at the counter
