Dear Madam,

I, SMT. SWARNALI BHATTACHARJEE alias SWARNALI SRIVASTAVA, wife


of Sri Awadhesh Srivastava, of 104, Nilachal Complex, Narendrapur, P.S.
Sonarpur, Kolkata – 700103, have received the full consideration money of
the said flat from you and gladly handed over you by a Registration of a
Deed of conveyance in your name and handed over the possession today on
27/03/2019 of the said Flat measuring about super built up area 825 Sq.
ft. more or less on the Third Floor, consisting 3 (Three) rooms, 1 (One)
Varandah, 1 (One) Kitchen, (One) Toilet and 1 (One) Balcony situated at
Municipal Premises No.105, Nilachal Complex, Narendrapur, Kolkata – 700
103, Police Station – Sonarpur, ward No.- 27, Mouza – Kumrakhali, parganas
– Medanmalla, J.L. No.- 48, R.S. Khatian No.- 1112 & 973, R.S. Dag
No.- 1552 and 1551, holding No. 957, A.D.S.R. Sonarpur, South 24
Parganas, within the limit of Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality, Dist.- South 24
Parganas.

I also handed over all the original documents i.e. Deed, Mutation Certificate,
Municipal Tax Receipt etc. of the said flat.

Please note that I have no liabilities or responsibility on the said flat and
you undertake to pay proportionate tax, electric bill for the meter from
today.
