All About Meditation

*How to meditate
Make sure, you're in a quiet place for this session. Please sit on a comfortable chair, your arms should rest
comfortably. Your feet should be side by side connected to the floor.
In some meditations it is fine to lie down. If you do this, have your legs side by side, and feel the mattress
under your body.
Try to sit or lie still during the meditation. If your nose is itchy, or you need to scratch yourself on the head,
this is often a sign that you are going into a deep relaxation, but your Ego is afraid to lose control.
After the meditation take your time to come back.

*Simple Breathing Meditation


When you're new to meditations, this is the best meditation to get you started.
In this meditation you'll simply focus on your breath. That'll help you to be in the present moment.
Why is this important? We're constantly living in our thoughts, so to speak, meaning: in the past or the future,
instead of living in the moment.
For example: if someone is always sad, has no energy, or has depressions, they live with their thoughts in the
past, because of their experiences in life. If someone has anxiety, their thoughts are all about what will
happen in the future.
But really, we can't live in the past, or in the future, give it a try. We can only live in the here and now, in this
moment.
This meditation will help you to train yourself to learn to be in the present moment.
Start with 3-5 minutes every day, and later on, you can do this meditation as long as you want to.
I will guide you through this meditation in the following video. See you there! (video 3 minutes breathing medit)
Then video (10 min meditation, is for when you train more…video can stop but you can continue doing)

*Inner Peace Meditation


Take time out during the day to charge your energy. Through this meditation you will experience a state of a
very deep relaxation.
Try to sit still during the meditation. If your nose is itchy, or you need to scratch yourself on the head, this is
often a sign that you are going into a deep relaxation, but your Ego is afraid to loose control.
Make sure, you're in a quiet place for this session. Please sit in a comfortable chair, your arms should rest
comfortably. Your feet should be side by side connected to the floor.
After the meditation take your time to come back.
Long versión: This version is perfect when going to bed, and to fall asleep :)

*Gratitude Meditation
I believe that gratitude is a very strong energy, and I also believe that often practicing this short meditation will
bring you lots of blessings, and success.

* Ho'oponopono Meditation as a very helpful tool to help you cleanse negative thoughts, and to delete old,
limiting beliefs and programs. It will help you to achieve a state of peace and emptiness in which we can
receive Divine Inspiration. Actually, I created this mp3 for myself, so I can let this Mantra play in the
background to cleanse my space of negative energies, but at the same time to delete any negative information
in and around me. I love sharing it with you.

The idea behind Ho'oponopono is that we are responsible for whatever problem we may have. This is not an
easy concept to accept, because we always think our problems come from the outside world, and from other
people.When we say ” I am sorry”, this is addressed only to ourselves, to Divinity (our God within us, or our
Higher Self). We're sorry for creating this situation, and for the negative thoughts that we had, which
separates us from love.When we say “please forgive me”, we're asking ourselves, our divine self, for
forgiveness from being separated from love.When we say “thank you” we're thanking our Divinity for the
opportunity to learn from our problems.When we say “I love you” to our Divinity, we will be united again with
All That Is, and create PEACE in and around us.How it works:If you feel that the energy in your house is bad,
or if you have a problem, think of it for a moment, and listen to this Mantra, and repeat it in your mind.You can
play this mantra at any time in the background, even when you are cleaning, working and so on.But it is also
very effective when you listen to it with headphones, especially when you had a very bad day, and you would
like to let go of all the negative thoughts that are chasing you.
*Meditation with Binaural Beats- Thank you, I love you – Mantra
The Binaural Beats will bring you into a meditative condition, which will allow you to connect with everything
that IS.
The Binaural Beats in this meditation run at 4 Hertz. This frequency creates a trance like condition that is
perfect for healing and manifesting. You should listen to this music regularly once a day. It's also important to
listen to the end. The more you listen to it the greater the effect.
For best results be comfortable, close your eyes, and listen with head phones.
IMPORTANT: Do not use binaural beats if you suffer from seizures, have heart problems, heart pace
makers, or for children. Do not listen to binaural beats when driving, and do not drive after listening to
them, or any other kind of activities like ride your bike. We will not be responsible for any injury what
so ever, which may result from listening to our meditation-music.

*Healing with Drums-A Different Way Of Meditation


This meditation is a part of my course "How to do a Shamanic Journey to find and bring back your Power
Animal".
This meditation brings you to a higher consciousness, where healing can happen. It brings you to a relaxed
state. It distracts you from all the thoughts you have, and it simply relaxes your busy m ind, and your whole
body.
There's no doubt that the rhythm of drums can have powerful physical effects on people. Drum therapy can
help people with brain injuries or impairment, physical injuries, arthritis, addictions, and more.
There have been studies that prove that drumming rhythms help in lots of health issues. They say that
drumming is a great stress reliever, and actually can increase your immune system. It lowers both blood
pressure and stress hormones.
Just take the physical activity of pounding on something, if you're the drummer, this can be a great way to
vent pent-up anger or energy. But beyond that, healing with meditation drumming is a form of mediation, as
the rhythm balances both side of your brain, to give you a sense of inner peace.
This relaxing effect of healing with meditation should not be underestimated for your health. When listening to
the rhythm, while properly breathing and visualizing, stress can be seriously reduced.
The physical stimulation of drumming also removes blockages and produces emotional release. In the end
drumming rhythms create a vibration or frequency that can be felt, and can influence your physical form right
down to the cellular level.
The rhythms help clean out, so to speak, trapped negative energy. Healing with meditation can be powerful
this way.
Drumming grounds us, connects us with all of the natural rhythms of the universe. Being in tune with the
universal rhythm will bring balance and healing into your life.
Healing with meditation can be fun when using drums. I love it because it is almost effortless to gain a
meditative state through drumming.

*Trance Music With Binaural Beats


You can also meditate simply by listening to music.
This music is absolutely Trance Music :) Not just the music, because this music has binaural beats in the
background.
The Binaural Beats will bring you into a trance like condition, which will allow you to connect with everything
that IS.
The Binaural Beats in this meditation run at 4 Hertz. This frequency creates a trance like condition that is
perfect for healing and manifesting. You should listen to this music regularly once a day. It's also important to
