I Rubijane Denus Ong a Senior High School Teacher of Isabela School

of Arts and Trades, am earnestly requesting your kind consideration favoring

me to transfer in your school- Cagayan National High School, Tuguegarao

City and this request is in reference to DepEd Order No.22, S.2013- “Revised

Guidelines on the Transfer of Teacher from One station to Another” in which

there are several reasons why I am making this reason why I am making

this request:

1. That I am a resident of Tuguegarao City;

2. That I am commuting for almost four years ( with additional expenses

on my part);

3. That I’ would like to devote my time in the schooling of my 4 and 5

years old sons; and

4. That I realized the hardship of being away from family specifically on

emergency case/s
