CHAPTER l

INTRODUCTION

The advancement of technology today has immersed itself towards education. The presence

of technology has reached its maximum of providing sustainable technology towards quality

education through delivery and affective learning.

Technology is the branch of knowledge that deals with the creation and use of technical

means and their interrelation with life, society, and the environment. Technology helps one to

communicate information, solve problems, and enhance life-long learning skills for future

progress.

Technologies emerged to introduce many difference ways of advancement. Computers

are of these examples that are now in existence that can do anything easily. Since

communication technology has become an important part of modern society, it brings a

security and assurance of information through the networks. At the world advances
technologies which aid human for daily needs. Some application tends to entertain, some

reduce human effort, some reduces complexity and aid for decision making and some tend to

automate manual system.

Nowadays, computer is one of the main reasons why almost everything becomes so

simple and easy from difficult and complicated way of accomplishing each job almost

everything now is being operated and manage through computers.

This study provides a SMS that the parents will receive once their children swipe their I.D.

to the Attendance Monitoring Machine or RFID. This will help the teachers and the parents

monitor the children and keep them from making absences.


BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

Batasan Hills National High School (BHNHS) is public high school located in Batasan

Hills, Quezon City, Philippines. It is the most populous public high school in the Philippines

with nearly 16,000 students. Was established in April 22, 1996 as a newly legislated Public

Secondary School through a House Bill Sponsored by former Quezon City District V

Congressman Dante V. Liban. On 1998, the school formally opened with only 20 teachers and

582 students coming from Bagong Silang High School. Dr. Romulo B. Rocena become the

first principal of the school.

Batasan Hills National High School is one of the public high schools that embrace

information and communication technology now. As they immersed themselves with

technology through their delivery of lesson and other forms brought about by information

technology.

The Batasan Hills National High School needs a system that will record the attendance of

the students and a system that will disseminate information to the parent. Attendance is very

important in every student, a single absent is big difference in performance in the school.

The purpose of this system is to monitor the arrival and departure of Batasan Hills

National High School. The student will use their RFID card (Radio Frequency Identification) to

enter in the school. The function of SMS (Short Message Service) Advisory is it will give the

parents the information regarding the time of arrival.


Batasan Hills National High School’s problem was the parent didn’t monitor their child that

they don’t attend on their class, then the parents will notice when the teacher told that their

child had a lot of absences. Mostly student of high school is prone to absence, some if this

reason is not reported to the parents or guardians because the way of informing them is the

traditional way which is they inviting parents through telling that the parent needs to come to

school and communicate with the teacher about the absenteeism of the student.

The main problem is that the parents are questioning those grades that the teacher gave

to their child because they don’t know that their children are not attending their classes

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The study aims to design, develop and implement Attendance Monitoring System using

RFID with SMS Notifications Batasan Hills National High School that will help the student to

manage their attendance. It will help the school to manage the attendance of the student’s by

developing the Attendance Monitoring System using RFID with SMS Notifications. The study

seeks to answer the following:


Specifically the study aims to:

• How to create a system that will helps the school to make the processing

attendance records faster?

• How to create a module that will inform the parents if their child is attending the

class?

• How to ensure the legitimacy of student using identification card embedded with

RFID technology?

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

General Objectives

The primary purpose of this proposal is to design, develop and implement of Attendance

Monitoring System using RFID with SMS Notifications.

Specific Objectives

• To design a module that develops a computerized system that will help the
organization to monitor the student’s daily attendance record.

• To design a system that will send an SMS to the parents telling them if daughter

is absent.

• To design a module that would send SMS to the parents of each student who

have been arrive and depart to the school.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The researcher of this study intended to develop an Attendance Monitoring System using

RFID with SMS Notifications for Batasan Hills National High School. It would be a great help

to the following:

To the Batasan Hills National High School

The main goal of this study is to help the school in implementing the system for no longer

have to re-compute the grades of each student to check their accuracy.

To the Parents

This study will help to be well informed the parents to monitor the attendance of their
children. Parents help to know their child has entered the school through an instant message

notification

To the Students

The proposed automatically calculates student’s attendance for any custom time of period.

To the Researchers

The researchers are also a beneficiary it would value the important of enhancing the skills

and working performance through the study.

To the Future Researchers

The findings of this research may encourage them to conduct a similar study using other

variables in order to fully establish as their guide to enhance more room their own research

study related to this topic.


SCOPE AND LIMITATION

The proposed Attendance Monitoring System using RFID with SMS Notifications is

designed and developed for the Batasan Hills National High School.

Scope

The design and development of the project shall compose of two distinct functionalities

such a window-based and web-based system. In terms of window-based system, the system

function is on recording of the class attendance. The system also manage the user

registration to the system such as; Admin of the window-based system and guardian who are

the user of the parent portal and receiver of the notification via SMS. The system provides

functionally of recording the individual records of the student such as attendance in every

grading period in the school. The system also provides the functionality of sending notification

and reminder via SMS. These notifications are the absence of the student. The reminder will

sent to the parents for them to know what is happening to student.


Limitation

In terms of the Parent Portal, the services provided the parents, the ability to view the class

attendance in every quarter of their child in entire grading. The performance in terms of

grades, attendance, quizzes, participation, assignment/projects and periodical test

misconducts is quarterly are not be displayed in parent portal. The system only covers the

monitoring of the attendance of the students.

CONCEPTUAL FRAME WORK

Methodology of the study

The literature and studies this chapter show the different concept, understanding, and

ideas, generalization or conclusion and different development related to study of the

attendance from the past up to the present and which serves as the researchers guide in

developing the project. Those that were also included in this chapter helps in familiarizing

information that are relevant and similar to the present study.

Local Literature

Rommel Del Rosario (2012) the purpose of this system is to monitor the arrival and

departure of Polytechnic University of the Philippines students. The students will use their

RFID card (Radio Frequency Identification) to enter in the school premises. The RFID reader

will detect I the RFID card is registered on the database of the school. The function of SMS

(Sort Message Service) Advisory is it will give the parents the information regarding the time

of the arrival and departure of their children in the PUP campus even though they are at

home.

De La Salle University (2015) Near Field Communication Technology Based Faculty

Schedule Monitoring System is an NFC supported system that provides a time keep record

system with the use of an NFC target and NFC initiator application for different sectors such

as companies, school, and business establishment. Employee records and working hours will

be stored and monitored with the use of a computer server and a database, by tapping the
NFC enabled smart phone with the NFC tag into proximity, typically a distance of 10cm or

less, will active the android application installed in the smart phone. The android application is

used to read the task stored in the NFC tag and will be used for the connection to the

database for the storage of the information and the time record of the employee. Through this

study company and employees will both benefit through accessibility, credibility and time

saving.

Christian B Espiritu, King College (2016) this paper describes the development of a

student attendance system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. The

existing traditional attendance system requires students to be manually monitored by the

guards at the gate every time they attend a class and checked by their teachers using their

class records. As common as it seems, such system lacks of automation, where a number of

problems may arise, this include the time unnecessarily consumed by the students as they

are being monitored by the guards and checked their identifications cards, and the

attendance sheet may got lost. Having a system that can automatically capture student’s

attendance by flashing their student’s card at the RFID reader can really save all the

mentioned troubles.

Maria Concepcion S Vera, Benilda Eleonor V. Comendador (2016) Message Service

Application Programming Interface in a Web-Based Student Support Services System for a

university would facilitate two-way communication between the students, faculty and other

stakeholders. It aims to keep in contact with the students and deliver significant information

arising from the University using the system’s SMS facility offering auto-reply features. Based

on the survey, the respondents highly accepted the developed system. Thus, utilizing it as an

alternative to the university’s existing media of communication would enable the system users

to avail of an effective and convenient manner of getting information from the university
anytime. The manner of disseminating would become speedy, timely, and appropriate.

Furthermore, using the system in an academe would result to paperless capturing, speedy

recording and filing of student’s records; standardized format of academic-related forms,

timely dissemination and receipt of academic related information through SMS; and

production of accurate reports.

Lipa City Batangas, Philippines in the advent of technology, communication becomes

faster and easier in a top of a fingertip. In an academic institution per se, communication

between parents and school is very challenging and important one. It needs full effort to

understand one another. One of the worries of the parents is that if their children are really

attending or not in the school during class period. This is one of the challenges that lipa City

Colleges is confronting, since at present, the school has no way of providing the immediate

information to the present if their children are in or out of the school premises in a time.

Hence, the researcher conducted this system development study which is considered a

new technology which helped the school to solve the problem in monitoring the student’s

whereabouts. Specifically, it aimed to;

• Design a system which will maximize the use of SMS module and RFID

technology.

• Develop a system which will guarantee the privacy and security of information

saved in database.

• Determine the benefits of using the SMS Module and RFID as a method of

communication between the parents and the school.

• Test and evaluate a system in terms of its performance, functionality, usability,

reliability and extensibility


Paul Abrayan R Alagar, University of the Philippines (2014) the study developed an

automated Employee Daily Time Record Management System Using RFID. The system can

track and monitor employee time in and out using RFID technology, provides system

management settings such as date and time format, report settings, time zone, display,

password and security. It also provides a file management system that stores employees’

information and system transaction logs, and generates printing of attendance reports. The

developed system was created using PHP and MySQL interfaced in Notepad++, HTML, and

Adobe Photoshop. Testing results showed that the system can be easily be adapted by its

intended users. The evaluation was done by 30 respondents composed of IT professionals

and students. The evaluation instrument used to determine the acceptability of the system

was the ISO 9126 with criteria namely, functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency,

maintainability and portability. The overall mean rating was 3.5, which is described as Highly

Acceptable.

Joy V Santelices, Benilda Eleonor V Comendor (2016) the paper is about the

integration of an online technical support request services, and monitoring of equipment,

devices, & peripherals using RFID in the computer laboratory rooms. The system includes

tracking, adding, deleting, real time physical count, trace history, notifications on the technical

support requests; and generating of reports. The purpose of this study is to develop and

evaluate these of RFID in an Integrated Computer-Aided Laboratory Support System in

Universities and Colleges. The following results were derived: the level of assessment on the

existing technical support services of the institution is very satisfactory; the level of

acceptance of RFID-ICLASS in terms of functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, portability

and maintainability is highly acceptable; the level of assessment of the effects of RFID-

ICLASS was very strong. Based from these results the use of RFID-ICLASS reflects
transparency in record keeping and improves the service to the students of the universities.

Foreign Literature

Wallace Jones, Jennifer Rickenbacker (2003) This invention relates to an attendance

monitoring system. More particularly, the invention is directed to a system that provides to an

employee an instant visual representation of an employee’s daily attendance (including that

for the present day), attendance history (which is an indicator of reliability), available paid time

off, current vacation schedule, assignment status, training status, and the like.

OT Arulogun, AOlatunbosun, OA Fakolujo, OM Olaniyi (2013) In recent years, there

have been rise in the number of applications based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)

systems and have been successfully applied to different areas as diverse as transportation,

health-care, agriculture, and hospitality industry to name a few. RFID technology facilitates

automatic wireless identification using electronic passive and active tags with suitable

readers. In this paper, an attempt is made to solve recurrent lecture attendance monitoring

problem in developing countries using RFID technology. The application of RFID to student

attendance monitoring as developed and deployed in this study is capable of eliminating time

wasted during manual collection of attendance and opportunity for the educational

administrator to capture face-to-face classroom statistic for allocation of appropriate

attendance scores and for further managerial decision.


Villupuram (2015) Security system is the important thing in any industrial area to protect from

intruder and automatic data base maintenance of the entire student in an organization. RFID

technology facilitates automatic wireless identification using electronic passive and active tags

with suitable readers. The project proposes a attendance monitoring problem in colleges

using RFID technology. In addition to these peripherals fingerprint is used to identify the

person.

The process of finger print scanner, to scan the image of the student’s thumps and

performs the identification process. The scanned image is compared with the image stored in

the database for each and every student. If the image is matched, it will automatically mark

attendance for that student and enroll the time in the database. Visual Basic front end is used

to interrace the micro controller and PC through serial port and database connectivity and

validation checking options. MS Access is used as the back end to store the details of each

and every student.

S Mohankumar, VK Gobinath, DRP Rajarathnam, B Tamil Selvan, M Prem Kumar, K

Ajith Kumar, J Sanjai Chandran (2017) Nowadays, there have been ascent in the number of

usages based Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) systems. The RFID system have been

successfully applied to different areas transportation, medical, agriculture, and industrial to

name a few. RFID technology facilitates automatic wireless identification using ID tags and

reader method. In our project RFID cards are used to denote members are present in class at

the time. In RFID cards are having the magnetic coil which gives the radio frequency to the

reader. After reading coil’s frequency.

Rajan Patel, Nimisha Patel, Mona Gajjar (2012) Today student’s (Class) attendance is

become more important part for any organizations institutions. Recording and monitoring of
class attendance is an area of administration that can require significant amounts of time and

effort in a school university environment, largely due to the amount of time required in lectures

to get the necessary information. This paper presents the integration of ubiquitous computing

systems into classroom for managing the student’s attendance using RFID technology. RFID

technology can be powerful tool in helping to manage student’s attendance throughout the

working school day and also enhance classroom security. RFID technology has been applied

to solve problems where it is necessary to take automatically record the movements and

locations of student’s in a classroom of school university environment. A real time intelligent

system is implemented in conjunction with RFID hardware to record student’s attendance at

lectures and laboratories in a school university environment. RFID is a technology that allows

for a tag affixed on identify card to communicate wirelessly with a reader, in order for the tag’s

identifier to be retrieved.

M Gireesh Kumar, KR Sripath (2014) this is a very useful application of RFID (Radio-

frequency identification) and is very commonly used in institutes, offices, homes and so on.

An RFID system consists of a reader device and a transponder. A transponder or tag has a

unique serial number which is identified by the reader. Here RFID has been interfaced with

ARM Processor to provide secured access. The relevant messages are also displayed on a

16x2 LCD. RFID automated access for door controls to buildings, departments, rooms,

secured closets (wiring, PBX, etc.) and cabinets is very cost effective and secure to use.

Many people do not realize how easy it is to implement card access systems such as card

access door or doors using RFID readers and RFID Cards or Key fobs for Secured Access

Control Management. You can even use smart readers for computer rooms and securing

individual computers. RFID tags are categorized as either active or passive. Active tags are

powered by an internal battery and are typically read/write, ie tag data can be rewritten or
modified. Passive tags operate without a separate external power source and obtain

operating power generated from the reader.

SumitaNainan, Romin Parekh, Tanvi Shah (2013) RFID is a nascent technology, deeply

rooted by its early developments in using radar1 as a harbinger of adversary planes during

World War II. A plethora of industries have leveraged the benefits of RFID technology for

enhancements in sectors like military, sports, security, airline, animal farms, healthcare and

other areas. Industry specific key applications of this technology include vehicle tracking,

automated inventory management, animal monitoring, secure store checkouts, supply chain

management, automatic payment, sport timing technologies, etc. This paper introduces the

distinctive components of RFID technology and focuses on its core competencies: scalability

and security. It will be then supplemented by a detailed synopsis of an investigation

conducted to test the feasibility and practicality of RFID technology.

Abdul Aziz Mohammed, U Jyothi Kameswari (2013) Most educational institutions’

administrators are concerned about student irregular attendance. Truancies can affect student

overall academic performance. The conventional method of taking attendance by calling

names or signing on paper is very time consuming and insecure, hence inefficient. Therefore,

computer based student attendance management system is required to assist the faculty and

the lecturer for this time-provide much convenient method to take attendance, but some

prerequisites has to be done before start using the program. Although the use of RFID

systems in educational institutions is not new, it is intended to show how the use of it came to

solve daily problems in our university. The system has been built using the web-based

applications such as ASP .NET and IIS server to cater the recording and reporting of the

students’ attendances The system can be easily accessed by the lecturers via the web and
most importantly, the reports can be generated in real-time processing, thus, providing

valuable information about the students’.

ShirudePranali, Shelar Mayuri, Thete Manisha, Jundare Varsha (2012) Main objective

of this paper is to track the student in campus and enhance attendance monitoring system.

The proposed system consists of misfire tag and reader. Misfire readers would be installed at

various locations in campus and also in classes. When student comes in the vicinity of reader

then location can be found which will sends that location to server. Server check the timetable

of that student if he/she will not attend lecture according to timetable then alert will be send to

the parent. This system ensures that attendance and exam records of the students would be

track properly and efficiently. The system can also generate detention list of the students. It is

small scale application which is completely automated, easy to control, time saving and

reliable. In this paper advantages and disadvantages of the proposed Misfire technology will

be presented.

Conceptual Framework

In order to organize the way on how and why a project takes place and to understand its

activities, prior research were conducted. The Proponents developed a conceptual framework

that allows us to map and assess the research findings.

The research Paradigm in Figure 1 represents the concept behind the development of a

upon the development of the system. The Figure shows three boxes:

l. Input

Knowledge Requirements

Collect list of students, Report in admin of the attendance of the student then, report

an status of the students to the Parents via SMS. And it is one of the important parts when

making this kind of system and can be used to take attendance for student in school. It also

can be used to take attendance for Batasan Hills High School. Its ability to uniquely identify

each student’s based on their RFID tag type of ID card to make the process of taking the

attendance easier, faster and secure as compared to conventional method.


Software Requirements

PHP- is a server scripting language, and a powerful tool for making dynamic and interactive

Web page.

Wamp Server- refers to a software stack for the Microsoft Windows operating system, created

by Romain Bourdon and consisting of the Apache web, OpenSSL for SSL support, MySQL

database and PHP programming language.

MySQL -is an open source relational database management system, it is based on the

structure query language (SQL) which is used for adding, removing and modifying information

in the database. Standard SQL commands, such as ADD, DROP, INSERT, and UPDATE can

be used with MySQL.

MySQL - can be used or a variety of application but is most commonly found on web servers.

A website that uses MySQL may include web page that access information from a database.

These pages are often referred to as “dynamic” meaning the content of web page are often

referred to as database-driven websites.

MySQL will use by the researcher because it is one of the databases that is compatible with

the development of the system.

HTML -this is a language that web pages are written in. If you want to create great web

pages, then you will need to learn this. As far as computer language go this as the easiest to

learn. You can create a web page without it using a webpage editing program, but the

program will still use HTML to create the page.

CSS- cascading style sheet are used to format the layout of webpage. They can be used to
define text styles, table sizes, and other aspects of web pages that previously could not only

defined in a pages HTML. CSS help web developers create a uniform look across several

pages of web site.

Hardware Requirements

Hardware requirements composed of computer or the administrator. The computer is needed

to access the student attendance. The server must able to manage the system and manage

the student’s attendance.

System Design - is the process of defining the architecture, modules, interfaces, and data for

a system to satisfy specified requirements. Systems design could be seen as the application

of systems theory to product development. There is some overlap with the disciplines of

systems analysis, systems architecture and system engineering.

System Development

In the development of the system, the proponents apply the schedule of attendance, system

development life cycle, and program coding of the proposed system. This is for the
development of the system. This includes the step by step procedure on how to develop the

system that the proponents proposed.

DEFINITION OF TERMS
The following are terms that the researcher used for better understanding about the concepts

in the study. The terms are defined operationally, as how they are used in the study.

Computer - A computer is a programmable machine. The two principal characteristics or a

computer are: It responds to a specific set of instructions in a well-defined manner and it can

execute pre-recorded list of instructions (a program).

Cellular Phone – A portable telephone that uses wireless cellular technology to send and

receive phone signal. This technology works by dividing the earth into a small region called

cell. Within each cell the wireless telephone signal goes over its assigned bandwidth to a cell

tower, which relays the signal to a telephone switching network, connecting the user to the

desired party.

Data – Information in raw or unorganized form such as alphabets, numbers, or symbols that

refer to, or present, conditions, ideas, or objects. Data is limitless and present everywhere in

the universe. See also information and knowledge.

Programmer – As used in the study, this person creates and designs the system.

Database – Is a data structure that stores organized information. Most databases contain

multiple tables, which may each include several different fields.

Software – Is a general term for the various kind of programs used to operate computers and

related devices.
Technology – The application of practical sciences to industry or commerce. The methods,

theory, and practices governing such application highly developed technology.

Students – A person engaged in study; one who is devoted to learning; a learner.

Encode – To convert a message from plain text into code

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

A good methodology has the ability to provide the effectivity of the system. Development is

best defined before this project starts and then becomes the framework for development in

future (James, 2004).


System Development Life Cycle is a limited term that explains the phases of creating a

software component that integrates with other software components to create the whole

system. This part of the study gives a brief description of the methods used in developing the

proposed system. The researchers used the waterfall model method in developing the

proposed system.

The waterfall model is a suitable model because in this model, each phase has a

well-defined starting and ending point, with identifiable deliveries to the next phase. Testing is

inherent to every phase of the waterfall model and it is an enforced disciplined approach. It is

documentation-driven, that is, documentation is produced at every stage.

Waterfall model is used as the model for the ATTENDANCE MONITORING SYSTEM

WITH RFID USING SMS NOTIFICATION

. The waterfall model consists of stages that are cascading from one to another. One

development stage should be completed before the next begins. The Waterfall model
presents a very high level view of activities taking place during development, and it suggests

to developers the sequence of events they should expect to encounter. It is simple to

understand and easy to use. In this model there is a sequential progression from one phase

to another.

Requirement Analysis

In this phase the proponent’s analyze the requirements and prepare the system requirements

for specification and it is a process of collecting and identifying the problems. All possible

requirements of the system to be developed are captured in this phase and documented in a requirement

specification document. In the requirement phase, the end users, students and lecturers are

interrogated to discover their aim and objectives, requirements, and expectations from the

system.

System Design

In this phase the proponent’s design the system and preparing the diagram. Design

and analysis of the system In this chapter, the proposed system is analyzed into details and

its importance discussed expansively where context level diagrams, dataflow diagrams and

flowcharts will be used to explain the system further. Like context diagram, data flow diagram

and system architecture. This system design helps in specifying hardware and system

requirements and helps in defining the overall system architecture.

The researcher used the following tools namely. System Architecture, Context Diagram, Data

Flow Diagram (DFD).

Implementation

Based on the feedback obtained from administration, necessary changes are made. The

next phase is implementation where the changes take place in which the threats identified

have been fixed with the system. Prior to this change, few activities are needed to be
considered, otherwise the implementation will fail. Activities such as testing, training and

evaluation are looked into before the new system can be implemented. Another activity that is

carried out is the post-implementation activities to review the information correctly expected

results and correct the required records

Integration and Testing

All the units developed in the implementation phase are integrated into a system after testing

of each unit. Post integration the entire system is tested for any faults and failures.

Deployment of system

This chapter focuses on the user’s awareness and perception of the Online Reservation

system. There are a few methods conducted to gather required in formation which will be

implemented on the system design. Based on the results obtained from the interview, further

clarifications and conclusions were made about the system.

Maintenance

The final phase is the Maintenance phase for enhancement purpose. It is important that

continuous assessment is carried out for better record in the following year. Theseare all the

phases of the project life cycle that can be taken into consideration before aproject is

successfully implemented.

The cycle of the proposed system is summarized as the following based on the concept

of waterfall life-cycle method.

Batasan Hills National High School is composed of a manual attendance system. The

administrator used a manual system in recording and retrieving student’s attendance by just only using

ball pen and attendance record book. With this proponents want to improve the old system of the school

by proposing a new system.Implementing an attendance system that would aid Batasan Hills National

High School.

In compiling all the info without storing a bunch of papers in file cabinets. The new system

would also help the teachers of Batasan Hills National High School to have flawless computerized

attendance system in the school. This can lessen the workload and provides accurate information need

of the school. As a result it will, it will benefit not only the Parent’s but the administration as a whole.

The context diagram shows the entities together with the process in the proposed system.

Every entity has their respective role in the syst. The admin can manage all the information in the

whole system. Next is the teacher, this is the only entity that can encode the attendance of the student.

And the last entity is student, the only thing that student can do is to view their attendance.

The context level data flow diagram is describing the whole system. It shows the all user

module that operate the system. The Attendance Monitoring System using RFID with SMS

Notification data flow Diagram shows there are three users run the system student, admin

and parents.

This shows the full detail of how the information is processed and disseminated. It

illustrates how data is processed by a system in terms of input and output. As its name

indicates, its focus is on the flow of information, where data comes from, where it goes and

how it gets stored. With this diagram, we can easily track where data goes and where it saves

on its specific purpose.

In this diagram show the full details of the system, this has been parted into the following

process. The first one is RFID scanner. In this process the account of the admin, information

of the parents. Admin will be the one who have an access in the system. He can manipulate

system as per his wish. Parents will be having access to their child information only

attendance. Then, the student shall be the one who will be taken the RFID cards and will

automatically stored in the database if they tap it on the RFID Scanner.
