Communication is imperfect as what is said is only 10% of the message while 90% of the meaning is implied but not spoken. Misunderstanding the implied meaning below the surface of words can lead to a lack of true communication and conflict between people when they fail to understand each other fully.

"Communication is imperfect. Like an iceberg, 10% of what we say is above the surface while
the 90% is below the surface. failure to grasp the meaning beneath the words results in lack of
communication."

Communication is imperfect, it can be dependent upon its form as well as its content. Just like
this iceberg, we sometimes misunderstand the words or actions of others. We sometimes
conclude or starting to judge on what we see outside and disregard the things that we cannot see,
that sometimes result to create conflict.
