dishonor and renunciation and returning the Registered Bond to Secretary of State, US
Treasury and IRS

You have breached your fiduciary duties as trustee. Let it also be known that You POA is
renounced. You have no authority to make legal determinations on a registered entity. This
constitutes trespassing and not to mention your fraud of factum.

Your efforts to make a legal determination for LATISA MICHEAUX® or TLM LIVING
TRUST is not permitted.

You have 3 days from the mailed receipt of this letter to explain why law suit is not
applicable, you may have made a mistake or did not understand the orders, after this you
Will also be receiving the notice in intent to file lawsuit. If, immediately after that time, we
have not received satisfactory response from the agents, the Dishonor of the Bond is
reported to the U.S. Treasury Department to investigate this matter.
