Wednesday, October 11 – LECTURE - DOS
Thursday, October 12 - UBUNTU activities
Friday, October 13 - lecture ubuntu
Wednesday, October 18 - Final exam (coverage: all topics discussed in the Final period)
- Submission of the portfolio

What to do in the portfolio

1. Group all your test papers, seatworks, assignments, laboratory activities PER grading period.
(PRELIM, MIDTERM, FINAL). Just staple it.
2. Answer the following (Per grading period) :
a. What is the best work you’ve done? Explain your best achievements and why to you
achieved it?
b. During the group activity/ies, what is your contribution? Do you do your best? Explain.
c. What is/are your worst performance? Explain why. How do you recover from this?
3. Analyze your performance in the subject. Use your answer per grading period.
4. What are the learning experiences you received in the subject?
5. What is your recommendation to students who will take the subject and to the teacher who will
handle the subject?

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION
1. Your answer MUST be hand written and place it in a short bond paper.
2. Place your portfolio in a LONG BROWN envelop.
3. Don’t make any design.
4. Just staple per grading period and separate your analysis.
5. The groupings inside the envelop are PRELIM, MIDTERM, FINAL, and ANALYSIS OF THE
PORTFOLIO.
