Responsible for the smooth running of the reception operation, Assisting in


PURPOSE:- general administration support.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:-
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES KEY ACTIVITIES
 Ensure the cleanness of reception area.
 Handling the incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
 Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when
FRONT OFFICE required.
 Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately.
MANAGEMENT  Maintenance of Visitor Logbook.
 Update appointment calendars for Meeting room.
 Taking the meeting appointments for CEO as an when required.
 Support in general administration work.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:-
 Delivering excellent Customer Service to Guest and no complaints registered.
 Response time in Administrative task.
JOB INTERACTIONS:-

 Employees for guest coordination and call transfer.  Zero

EXPERIENCE  Minimum 2 years full time professional experience as receptionist.
