Exercise is a bodily activity that enhances our physical fitness and maintains
overall health and wellness while physical activity is any movement of the body that
uses energy. Pathology is a branch of medical science that involves the study and
diagnosis of disease through the examination. Upon doing exercise and trainings such
as aerobic exercise, stability exercise, strength training and flexibility training it improves
our moods, combats health conditions and diseases, controls weight, increases stamina
and strength. Having these benefits of exercise and physical activity are very important
for it reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma,
arthritis, and cancer. Common diseases such as cardiovascular disease, obesity,
cancer and mental can be eliminated by through exercise.

This topic is very essential for it is very important to have knowledge on the
chronic diseases and to know the importance of exercise, trainings and physical activity
on our lives. We should really take exercise seriously for some didn’t know that exercise
can eliminate some common diseases. As a future teacher I will use my profession and
be an instrument to introduced students while they are still young.

ON PATHOLOGY”

“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free
from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.” – B.K.S. Iyengar.
In the quote, it literally hits the totality wellbeing of a person of how important our life in
everyday living, where we can’t magic and cast spells to attain a healthy life as we want.

The objective of the study is to discuss the benefits of exercise and physical activity to
one’s self. There are various benefits on why exercise is very essential to our body and for the
society we live in and the main point is to help our body stronger and be more effective to use in
the long run specially when getting older. Exercise is the most basic part and way in order to
attain healthy a life where everyone aims to live life to its fullest and live life longer as we want.
Exercise involves physical activities and in doing physical activities we are using energy which
must be used to sustain activities that leads us to a healthy and productive life. As we all also
know that exercise helps us to prevent in any cancer and disease that may lessen our life in this
world we live in. Chronic diseases was also tackled by the reporters where it is a condition you
can control with treatment for months where exercise is the most vital medicine to help a person
get away with it, Aerobic exercise, strength training, flexibility training and stability exercise are
exercises that can help manage symptoms and improve our health.

Therefore, Exercise does not only stops on the knowledge we have to build a physique
body but to apply that knowledge that exercise could heal us in any diseases that may make our
lives better as an individual and to promote quality of life as a pre-teacher in physical education.
“MEN SANA EN CORPORE SANO” means a sound mind and a sound body. Through proper
constant correct exercises and training, I can say that together each one of us can build a
stronger, and a healthy nation for all.
