KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Sergio Del Mar , of legal age, Filipino, married to Marianne Del Mar, resident of Tayud
Liloan, Cebu, do hereby name, appoint and constitute, MARISSA GODINEZ, of legal age,
Filipino, resident of Blk. 4, Lot 22, Villa Marina, Pajac, Lapulapu City, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do the following acts and things:

1. To represent for us and in our behalf in relation to the registration of a parcel of land designated
Cad. Lot No. 6836-Part situated at Barangay Lataban, Liloan,Cebu covered by Tax dec
No.24-0007-71283 in our names as vendees thereof, before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
concerned for purposes of securing and processing Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR);
Assessor’s Office of Municipality of Liloan,Cebu, Register of Deeds and any all offices
concerned in relation to the purpose for which this agency was constituted;

2. To pay the legal and relative fees, make, execute and sign documents or paper of whatever nature
and character in relation to the foregoing authority, to sign receipts for whatever that may be
received; and to do such acts and things necessary or requisite to the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.
