Role : Quality Assurance Lead

Description: The Bank of America Corporation is an American multinational banking and financial services

The objective of the Credit Card Core Platform Modernization (C3PM) Project is to migrate all the
credit card core functionalism from MBNA to TSYS System. MSS is on of the Such application which was
impacted by the C3PM.MACS Superstaion system is a Non Fraud application which deals with the all the
Chargebacks, Ticket retrievals and Disputes so on are the core functionalities of MSS.

Responsibilities:

 Taking care of all the testing activities. Execution of Critical production incidents and certifying all
the defects before code was moved to production.
 Writing Test cases using Element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming features and
TestNG Annotations.
 Designed Test cases using the MBNA system and the functionalities which are migrated to TSYS
System.

The objective of the CTR project is to web enable the Year-end Financial reports that are provided to
each plan at their year-end as well as making modifications and improvements to the process. The main goal
of this project is to eliminate known reporting discrepancies to streamline the process for generating the
reports,and to leverage the plan sponsor Website(PSW) for publishing and accessing the reports there by
enhancing the client communication.

Responsibilities:

by them. The Objective of the project Loader work units is to assign work that can be carried by loaders and
to record their performance based on the time assigned and time completed of the assigned work unit.

KTC to WCC. KTC is a legacy system which will identify and perform auto combines. Since KTC is going to
retire, all the combines’ modules should be moved to WCC. It is not only about the data movement in
addition to that, WCC also take care of the functionality played by KTC.

Responsibilities:

 Single point of contact for Automation team to resolve their functional queries.

major objectives is to reduce huge amount of money wasted on wrong data. This Project is an Adhoc project
and moved to production as an emergency release in order to remove unwanted data in database and
maintain consistent data across all applications. Majorly we dealt with 11 different varieties of fields in the
Database (Ex- SSN’s, Phone and Address).

America. The Main scope of this project is a conversion Enhancements are working as designed, Validate
the FDI 8.36 Base Fixes applied to OH 3.0/ GRV 4.10 are working as designed. It’s mainly focused on

testing Enhancement Major Functionalists CMS, LMS, ITS, TRAMS, CTA. GRV 4.10 includes turned off
some maintenance screens and same can be carried out via eChamps.
