· Resolved interpersonal conflict between members and administrators to provide a safe space on
campus.
· Managed a $28,000 yearly budget allocation to disburse strategically into advertising and
promotions, conference attendance, wellness resources, office supplies, and programming.
· Coordinated over 70 events including three weekly social support groups on-campus to serve
those at the gender and sexual orientation margins.

· Chair of Development, Volunteer, and Accommodations.


· Scheduled and trained over 50 volunteers both in preparation and on-site of the Midwest Bisexual
Lesbian Gay Trans Asexual College Conference (MBLGTACC).
· Coordinated with over a dozen advisors and peer volunteers to make executive decisions such as
ensuring equitable and intersectional access to the conference to all attendees via managing every
attendee’s disability accommodations, hotel room blocks, and ADA-compliant transportation to five
different sites.
· Fundraised through professional solicitation/negotiation, sustained communication with other
established organizations and businesses (both nonprofit and corporate) to raise over $44,000,
gained 30+ sponsors, and crafted many lasting institutional relationships both on and off-campus.

Program Manager
UNO’s Office of Civic and Social Responsibility ​September 2018 - May 2019
· Provided access to the Maverick Food Pantry for students and faculty/staff in need.
· Served the Omaha community in three days of service to offer relief to local nonprofits as they
address critical issues in the metropolitan area.
· Developed a capstone project at my partnered non-profit, Omaha Girls Rock, to create a social
media communication plan and update the public on the organization’s educational mission.

Awards And Honors


· Given the Mary and Rodrigo Lopez Service and Leadership Award with an accompanying $1,000.
· Selected as the Student Organization of the Year in 2018 as MBLGTACC 2018.
· Recipient of the Regents, PFLAG Omaha, and Alice Pratt Memorial Fund scholarships.
· Received an “exceptional achievement” award from the Foreign Languages Department in April of
2016 and 2018.
