Instructions:
The following must be sent along with the application form:
1. Four latest photographs (1” x1”) of the candidate back attested by Grade 1 officer. Photograph
2. Photocopy of Matric Result Card (For 1st year College admission) or copy of progress report institution attended.

4. Medical Certificate of fitness issued by any Govt. Hospital.
5. Form ‘B’ /Birth Certificate.
6. Parent’s / Guardian’s CNIC/Employee Card photocopy.
7. Permissible age limits are Jr. Mont. 3.5 years onwards, class 1, 6 years onwards. (Three months age relaxation may be given by Principal /
Administrator).
8. Form duly completed may be deposited with Supdt Admissions or Sent by post to HITEC Secretariat Education City by the due date.
9. If no intimation received 05 days prior to the date of exam you are requested to contact our Admission Office.
10. After the conduct of entry test if you make the merit and fulfill other conditions you will be called for interview for final selection.
11. It is mandatory for students to have a minimum of 75 per cent attendance per subject per term.
12. When a student will be absent beyond the maximum 10 days for which a parent/guardian can report the school. In such cases the
student may be withdrawn and will be re-enrolled.
Important:
A draft of Rs. 2000/-*in favour of Administrator HITEC will entitle the applicant to appear in the entrance test/interview (cost of
prospectusand registration fee inclusived. Applications forms in any respect or of candidates who are over/under age beyond the
relaxable limit will not be accepted and the Registration Fee and the cost of prospectus will not be refunded.
