1. The legal notice is from advocate H V Bheema Sena Rao on behalf of clients Praveen S and Pushpalatha S regarding a general power of attorney (GPA) executed in 2006. 2. West By: Remaining land of same Sy.No.
North By: Property belonging to Subbaiah,
South By: Remaining land of same Sy.No and government Kaluve.

2. You are aware that, On the basis of the above GPA Mr.Thirumala Reddy the
addressee No.2 of you, sold 2 acres 36.08 guntas of the above land by
executing the absolute sale deed dated 22.11.2011 Registered as document
No.ABL-1-03289-2011-12 in favor of Sri.Mohan Lal, being the addressee No.1of
you.

3. You are aware that, in the above GPA the age of my client Smt. S.Pushpalata
has been wrongly mentioned as 16 years and showing her as a minor but her
date of birth is 12.03.1982, hence her age was 24 years and the age of Shri.
S.Praveen mentioned in the GPA as 14 years, but his date of birth is
10.07.1984, hence he was 22 years old as on the date of execution of the said
GPA.

4. You are aware that my clients were majors at the time of execution of the
said GPA, but you have fraudulently suppressed the fact and shown them as
minors and executed the GPA without their knowledge and signature in order
to cheat my clients. We are here with attaching the photo copy of SSLC marks
card as age proof documents of our clients for your reference. The above action
of you has put my clients in great hardship and loss of their share of property.

Wherefore my clients hereby call upon you to compensate them by giving their
share of land by meets and bounds, failing which legal action will be taken
against you without further notice, at your cost and consequences.

You are also liable to pay Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) being the
cost of this notice.
