DEED OF DONATION

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


That this DEED OF DONATION, made and entered into by and between:
___________________________________________., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of
the Republic of the Philippines, represented by its Corporate Secretary,
______________________________________., of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
___________________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR; and
City of Calamba, represented by the_________________________________, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident
of Calamba City, referred to as the DONEE;
WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR is the owner of the residential subdivision under BP 220, known ____;
That the DONOR is the lawful owner of the parcels of land which were developed as open
spaces, roads, parks and playground, and community facilities which form part of ________, more
particularly described as follows:

ROAD LOT NO. TCT TITLE AREA (SQ. M.)

That, for in compliance of the housing guidelines under BP 220 in consonance with PD 1216, and
in consideration and as part of the DONOR’S act of liberality and generosity, the DONOR hereby
voluntarily and freely gives, transfers and conveys, by way of donation, unto said DONEE, all of
the right, title and interest which said DONOR has in the above-described parcels of land.

That the DONOR further states, for the same purposes as expressed in the next preceding
paragraph, that this donation is not made with the object of defrauding its creditors, having
reserved to the DONOR property sufficient to answer for its debts contracted prior to this date;
That the DONEE hereby receives and accepts this gift and donation made in its favour by the
DONOR, and hereby expresses its appreciation for the prompt compliance of the DONOR to the
applicable prevailing laws on this regard.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEE have hereunto affixed their signatures this
