CERTIFICATE U/S 65B OF THE INDIAN EVIDENCE ACT, 1872

1. This is to certify that as per my knowledge and belief that the


conversation recorded through Samsung Mobile B-5722 and
later on said recording transferred through data cable from the
aforesaid Samsung mobile to Laptop “ DELL make 2008”.
2. That I converted the said recording into CD i.e the computer
outputs and contents of said recording are reduced into word
document and thereof printout was taken from printer HP Laser
Jet.
3. That I am certified to state that the conditions of Section 65B of
the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 are complied with in respect of
the documents mentioned above.
4. That I further say that the said Mobile Phone, Laptop and
printer are regularly used. It is further stated that the said
Laptop and printer are regularly used to produce the computer
outputs. The relevant information from the above laptop referred
to above has been produced in my house. I have a lawful control
over the use of the said Mobile, Laptop and Printer.
5. I say that the Laptop used in my house has been operating
properly and the electronic records and their accuracy and
contents have not been altered and tempered with any manner.
