A) The statements made above by me are true, complete and correct.

B) If any error / misinformation be detected at any stage after my Provisional Registration,


my Registration shall be treated as cancelled.

C) In case, a candidate clears his / her Graduation and / or Postgraduation Degree through
Open Distance Learning System / Distance Education Mode from any Private / State
University on or after 23rd August, 2013, he / she must have got himself/herself
enrolled his / her name in any study centre, located within the territorial jurisdiction of
that State where the University is situated. Otherwise their Graduation and/ or
Postgraduation degree marksheets / Certificate shall not be accepted for the purpose of
registration.
D) In the event of any fake marksheet, detected at any stage before or after Registration,
the candidature of the student shall be liable to be cancelled forthwith without showing
/ assigning any reason to him / her and it is categorically stated that the concerned
student shall be solely responsible for this cancellation and the University shall not be
responsible under any circumstances and the University Authority may take legal action
in this regard under Kolkata jurisdiction.
