I. Credit Facilities – Group guarantee 1-5 members every group. General loan, special
loan, educational loan.

II. Loan Amount offered – First cycle 5k – 30k 2 years onward P.D grad 35k – 1M.

III. Interest rate – 2.5% per month / 15% every 6 months (25 weeks) / 25% every year (50
weeks)

IV. Loan Securities offered – life insurance

Negros women for tomorrows foundation (NWTF?) or Dungganon is offered a


financing loan. They offered general loan for startup business. Special loan offered the
following.

6. Installation for electricity

They also offered educational loan to help their clients for the school related matters.
Because their mission is to provide sustainable financial and client responsive development
services to the poor. They give interest 2.5% per month, 15 % every 6 months / 25% per
annum. There loan securities are the life insurance and clients will get all benefits like,
hospitalization, medical mission and quarterly raffle draw, Free mass wedding. There mode
of payment is every week it depends on schedule day in every place. They started in
Bacolod City Negros Occidental since 1984 until now and they have different branches all
over the Philippines. Here in Biliran they located at Vicentillo St. Brgy. Smo. Rosario.
Since 2012 until now they success and have more clients. Because their vision is a
sustainable installation of change building vibrant “Dungganon” communities.
