Magnesium 250 - 500mg Common deficiency; vital a/t Miller, Berry & others Mag Citrate powder at night
look at amount of magnesium or 400 - 800mg Berry states lower range in 2017; higher range in 2019
in powder/tablet not tot weight best aborbed as ->Citrate (somewhat laxative), Gluconate or Glycinate
Vitamin D3 (avoid calcium) 2000 - 4000ius Common deficiency; prob vital for our climate. 1000iu=25mcg nutravita 1000iu drops 60ml
Vitamin K2 Mk7 100 - 200mcg Adjuct to Vit D3. Both needed. (Berry says Mk4 by mistake) Vitabay Menachinon-7 20ml
PROBABLY ESSENTIAL
Omega 3 (Fish Oil) 2 - 3g Highly desirable unless on seafood++. Berry. Pantalleresco=no Lydl
Zinc 25 - 50mg Berry. (Antagonistic to copper)
Vitamin B Complex u/t 1000mcg of ...vit B12 in complex & rest will take of self a/t Berry.Can't o/dose viridian hi 12 B-complex caps
Boron 3 - 9 mg Essential a/t Miller. See especially Russell Borax or Boric Acid
Co-Enzyme Q10 100 - 200mg Essential a/t Berry (need more if on meds - see Berry vid) nutravita 200mg caps
Iodine 1 - 3mg 6mg for theraputic dose + selenium 2% Lugol's
Selenium 200mcg Essential if taking high-dose iodine BioCare Nutisorb liquid 15ml
Vitamin C 100mg Needed, but not megadose as can upset stomach Ascorbic Acid powder
POSSIBLY ESSENTIAL inhibits copper
Copper 1 - 2mg? Essential a/t Miller.Not take same time as vit C/zinc;2hrs apart
Probiotic Didn't notice any difference with capsules - 2 types tried Kefir & Kombucha
Sodium Bicarbonate u/t 3 x half tsp Sircus & others: important to alkalize older body pure powder, not baking
