We would like to ask your permission to allow us to conduct an in-depth interview


among the selected students in our school. This is in view of our research, “Psychological Effect
of Birth Order on Personality Traits of an Individual”. Attached herewith is the interview guide
that will be used for the said study.
The interview would last only about 5-10 minutes and would be arranged at a time
convenient to the selected participants’ schedule (e.g. during break). Participation in the
interview is entirely voluntary and there are no known or anticipated risks along with their
participation in this study. All information provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and
would be used only for academic purposes. The name of the respondents and the name of your
school will not appear in any publications resulting from this study unless agreed to.
Your approval to conduct this study within you school premises will be greatly
appreciated. Thank you in advance for your interest and assistance with this research
