This is to certify that:

1. The parties underwent barangay conciliation in this office;


2. There were several meetings held to amicably settle the issue on
the recovery of the personal property;
3. After earnest efforts to reconcile the parties, mediation failed; and
4. The only agreement reached by the parties is to elevate the said
matter to court.

This certificate is issued on 21 August 2019 upon the


complainant’s request as a condition precedent for the filing of action in
court.
