from the students appearing for Semester End Examinations to be held during October 2019 season is as given
below :

Note:-
Examination forms of Students whose Eligibility is pending for any reason is kept on hold. Students can view
/ accept examination form only after their eligibility gets clear before the last date for accepting exam forms
given in column no.5 or their Hall tickets can be generated if they clear eligibility before commencement of
Term end examinations.
Examination forms of students who have not paid tuition fees are kept on hold. Their examination form will
be released, only if they pay before the last date given for accepting exam forms in column no.5 along with all
applicable fees.
Examination forms of students who are not eligible as per ATKT rule are kept on hold.
Backlog fees to be charged as Rs. 500/- per course. Additional Fee to be charged as Rs. 500/- (Per semester
i.e. Form fee, Grade Sheet Fee, Consolidated grade sheet, Certificate of Passing and TAP Fee).
Students accepting examination form after the date given in column no.3 will have to pay additional
Rs.1000/- per semester as late fees for backlog as well fresh semester.

Students accepting examination form after the date given in column no.4 will have to pay additional
Rs.1000/- per semester as late fees for backlog as well fresh semester and Super late fees as Rs.500/- per
day per instance.
Examination forms of students who have not paid tuition fees before date given in column no.5, he/she will
loose the advantage of 'Non-Payment of Fees for the immediate Backlog Examination in case he/she
has also been declared NE , TNG in the immediate previous fresh semester examination.
If a student/s does not fill the form, he/she will loose the advantage of 'Non-Payment of Fees for the immediate
Backlog Examination in case declared 'Term Not Granted' in the immediate previous semester.
Students who have not generated their NAD ID are requested to generate the same at the earliest and update
in their student portal.
The Director of the concerned institute to sensitise the students to fill the examination forms within
the stipulated deadline. Applications for examination after the stipulated deadline will not be
accepted.
