CODE OF CONDUCT
(Training Session and Mock MUN)

To maintain decorum and the professional environment of CCS MUN


Training and Mock Session, the delegates are requested to read and follow
the Code of Conduct, which is made keeping in mind their better interests.

1. All delegates must carry a screenshot/print out of their registration


confirmation and should carry it with them on the second day.

2. The delegate should attend the conference on time, to show


conscientious and enthusiastic effort in participating.

3. Dress Code:
Keeping in mind the professional atmosphere anticipated in the
conference, the delegates are requested to dress in appropriate
attire for the event.
The dress code for the conference is as follows:
Western Formals/ School Uniform
Day 1: Saturday, 24th August 2019
Day 2: Sunday, 25th August 2019

4. I.T. Policy:
Delegates are allowed to carry their research on electronic gadgets
such as Laptops/Tablets to the conference. However, the use of
Internet during formal sessions is strictly prohibited.

5. F&B Policy:
- To minimise the utilisation of plastic bottles and adhering to the
eco- friendly policy of the school, delegates are requested to carry
along their own water bottles.
- Cold, purified water will be available for refilling bottles.
- Bringing food/ eateries in the committee rooms is strictly
prohibited.

Any form of indiscipline or misconduct during the course of the event can
lead to immediate expulsion of the delegate(s) from the school premises.
In case of any emergencies, the Organising Committee will be open to
enquiries and/or medical aid.
