Admission Requirements & Process
STEP 1: CREATE an online account, by visiting the link
(www.sanbeda.edu.ph/BedistaPortal) or by scanning the QR code below, and
accomplish the application form.
Please take note of your username, password, and applicant number.
STEP 2: SUBMIT to the Admissions Center (personally or through courier) the
following:
1. Printed online application form with 2”x 2“ photo
2. Two (2) 2”x2” recent photos with white background
3. Photocopy of:
3.1. One (1) photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Philippine Statistics Authority
(PSA)
3.2. Official Transcript of Records (TOR) / True Copy of Grades
Note: If TOR is not yet available – Transfer Credentials or Certificate of
Graduation
For Graduating Students – Certificate of Candidacy for Graduation
3.3. Two (2) Certificates of Good Moral Character (Dean, Prefect of Students,
Guidance Counselor and Supervisor/ HR Manager of company working for)
Note: If there is only one office from your school which is authorized to issue Good
Moral Certificate, request a recommendation letter from your professor.
4. Philippine Law School Admission Test (PHILSAT) Result (If already available)
5. Photocopy of bank deposit slip for payment of Application Fee

Admission Requirements for Academic Year 2019-2020
The applicant must accomplish the online application form which will be accessible on this page on
November 1, 2018. Please take note that the online application will require you to upload the
following documents:
Photocopy of collegiate transcript of records
If graduation is not yet reflected in the transcript, a true copy of grades or a certification of
candidacy for graduation.
PhilSAT results or Certificate of Exemption (if already available)
It is not mandatory to take the PhilSAT prior to application; but to be qualified for
admission for Academic Year 2019-2020, you must have taken the PhilSAT prior to
enrollment.

All applications must be made online and submitted by February 22, 2019.
After the successful completion and review of the online application, the applicant will then be
notified to pay the fee (Php 3,500.00) for the ALS Entrance Examination. ALS will assign the date
on which the applicant is to take the examination.
In addition to hard copies of uploaded documents, the applicant is also required to cause the
submission of two recommendations coming from (i) the dean of the applicant’s school or a former
professor, and (ii) someone, not a relative or friend, who knows the applicant well enough to provide
a true character reference. Such recommendations should be accomplished on the
required recommendation form. Once completed, these forms must be submitted to ALS in sealed
and signed envelopes.

Please take note that it is ALS which assigns the exam date for each applicant.
Interview Period:
- May 2 to June 14, 2019
Interviews (for those requested to undergo an interview) will be conducted only
on ALS-assigned dates within the given period. Each applicant is responsible
for ensuring that he/she is available when required.
