Caloric Requirement : 1600 kcal to 1800 kcal per


day

Carbs : 50% Pros : 20 % Fats : 30%


Breakfast
(7:00 am – 09:00 am)

1 Boiled Egg + 2 Slices of Bran Bread + 1 Cup of Tea 411 kcal

Snack Time
(11:00 am – 12:00 pm)

1 tbsp. Raisins 299 kcal

Lunch
(1:30 pm – 3:00 pm)

Chicken Curry
(1 palm size boti and gravy) + 1 Chapatti + 1/2 bowl Salad 272 kal

Snack Time
(5:00 pm – 6:00 pm)

1/2 bowl Youghrt + 2 Fruits 189 kcal

Dinner
(8:00 pm – 9:00 pm)

Boiled Rice (1 cup of rice + 10. tbsp Cooked lentils ) 346 kcal

BedTime

1 glass of Low Fat Milk 122 kcal

Instructions
Always take a glass of water before meal. (8 to 10 glass per day)
Use low fat milk. Yoghurt should make from low fat milk.
30-45 minutes exercise (either, walking, swimming, running, cycling or whatever it’s up
to you) six days a week. Make it your habit. Do 15 rounds of sit ups daily.
Avoid Carbonated Drinks, ( Coke, Pepsi, 7up, Fanta etc )
Avoid Junk foods and Bakery Foods .
