LETTER OF EXPLANATION
The undersigned counsel, respectfully submits this Explanation unto this
Honorable Court, and avers that;

On August 1, 2011, I, the undersigned counsel for the defendant, failed


to attend the scheduled Initial Trial for the above-entitled case set for the same
date. It was purely due to my mistake in marking my calendar. I listed and
marked the wrong date for the scheduled hearing. I would like to sincerely
apologize to this Honorable Court. I have no intention to cause delay or to
mislead the Honorable Court. I assure that the same mistake shall not happen
again.
