Email example sending people to a survey:

I have a favor to ask you. We are really close to wrapping up our long-awaited XYZ
manual. [This is also a shot across the bow, get them warmed, build curiosity, early
anticipation, and get some interactions going] We will be releasing it in early January.

But before we do, we have to ask you a couple of questions Can you help us out? You can
answer the questions here (and get a little more detail on the trading manual) at this link:

[Using the term “Update” get’s emails read]

[End survey’s with a form people can fill out to: “If you want us to contact you as
soon as the course is ready leave your name and email below”]

[Get testimonials at end of survey based on a pervious report or something you gave
them. Be sure to coach them on how to give good testimonials.]

[There is something called the Gernick effect which makes us want to complete
tasks. They will want to COMPLETE the survey and want to finish it when you ask
for testimonials]

[Split surveys between prospects and clients to keep responses separate]

A PLF 2 Example: This is the email he sent to PLF 1 owners
