1. All special room rates are quoted in IDR, NET, NON-COMMISSIONABLE, inclusive of 21% Government Tax and
Service Charge. Hotel reserves the right to adjust special room rate agreed within the agreement period in the
event of tax alterations by Government and Service Charge amendments.
2. Additional Surcharge on REGULAR WEEKEND (Friday & Saturday) at IDR 100.000 net/room/night and on LONG
WEEKEND at IDR 150.000 net/room/night.
3. Special room rates are NOT APPLICABLE during School Holiday, Idul Fitri, Christmas and New Year periods.
4. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
1) Check-in time is 2.00 P.M. and Check-out time is 12 NOON.
2) LATE CHECK-OUT is subject to room availability and will be charged as follows:
a. Check-out until 3.00 P.M. – 25% of corporate room rate.
b. Check-out until 6.00 P.M. – 50% of corporate room rate.
c. Check-out after 6.00 P.M. – 100% of corporate room rate.

Other equipment prices are available upon request, we would require the confirmation and deposit at least
3 (three) days before the event to enable us to arrange it.
GUARANTEED PARTICIPANT NUMBERS
Confirmation of guaranteed function participant numbers must be received no later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to
the commencement of the function. If the number of participants is more than the minimum guaranteed numbers
then the client will be charged for actual number of delegates attending the function. If the number of participant is
less than the minimum guaranteed numbers, then the client will be charged for the minimum guaranteed
numbers. This condition applies to all function arrangements including buffets and reservation of room
accommodation (if any). Any variance between the expected and guaranteed number should be within 10%.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MENU SELECTION AND CORKAGE POLICY
All selections of food and beverage menus are to be received by The Hotel no later than 14 (fourteen) working days
prior to the commencement of the function. If menus are not received before this period Hotel reserves the right to
change and adjust menus inline of what supplies is available to The Hotel on short notice.
The Client will not allow bringing any food or beverage into The Hotel unless agreed to, in advance, and in writing,
otherwise there will be corkage fee at
- 30% from selling price of our food & beverage’s product (: barrels, soft drinks and crates);
- IDR 300.000,-/bottle of Wine, Spirits or Liquor.
- IDR 3.000.000,-/one item food stalls from outside.
All external third party contractors of good and services for food & beverage should be proposed in writing beforehand
to obtain approval by The Hotel.
FUNCTION ROOM HIRE AND EXTENDED HOUR POLICY
The MICE Package Rate includes function room hire, extended of the time without notice will incur an additional
charge which is subject to Hotel’s policy and approval.
Any additional function / meeting rooms (e.g. for breakout room or secretariat room) will be subject to room availability
and will incur an additional charge which is subject to Hotel’s policy and approval (please see above additional
arrangement).
CONFIRMATION POLICY
Every function room booking will be treated under tentative status and needs your confirmation approval by signed as
well as Guarantee Letter and or Deposit (should your company does not have credit facility) in order to change it
becomes definite / confirm status. Otherwise, should there be other clients wishing to confirm a function on the same
day or venue, The Hotel reserves the right to cancel your tentative booking.
PAYMENT POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Method of payment WITHOUT Credit Facility Approval:
As policy of The Hotel, 50% of the total payment should be transferred after the confirmation letter is signed
and 50% balance of payment must be settled before the event done in cash or by bank draft, unless your
company has a written credit facility arrangement with The Luxton Bandung. Application Form is available for
companies that wish to establish Credit Facility with The Luxton Bandung.

Method of payment WITH Credit Facility Approval:
If credit facility approved, the total payment and or the additional expense (if any) should be settled after the
function done in full maximum within 14 days after receive of invoice.
Any Payment Transactions or Deposit is Non-Refundable.
Should payment not received within 14 days, The Luxton Bandung reserve the right to add a penalty fee of 5% of
total amount stated on the invoice for each 30 days of late payment.

2) Special room rate for GROUP CAPACITY is available upon request. The Luxton Bandung regards a group as
a minimum of 25 (twenty-fifth) paying rooms/night traveling other under one company name. Final group
name list, including daily meal requirement and other arrangements, arrival and departure times should be
received by The Luxton Bandung 7 (seven) days prior to group arrival. Formal Hotel Voucher with stamped
from your company is required should your company has Credit Facility Approval from The Luxton Bandung.
