Dramatizing a short – story has been
fruitful in my quest of developing my
knowledge of my mother – tongue –
Bengali. Through this, there are lots of
things that I could learn. A story, written
by a writer, gets sketched in the minds of
the readers through their own colors, from
the palette of their own comprehension.
writing a play is , however , entirely
different because the playwright has to
simultaneously keep every minute details of
the stage in his mind while at the same time
, progressing the plot such as expressing a
character as best as possible through her
dialogues , and such , because here, the
audience understands and sees through the
eyes of the playwright himself.
