Myntra’s vision is to make the world a more stylish, colorful and happier place. In order to achieve
this vision, the organisation is currently focused on growth.
The growth could be of two types :
1. Top line growth or revenue growth
2. Bottom line growth or increase in profit margins
The current focus is on top line/revenue growth.
Section 2: Problem statement
You are assigned the task to think of initiatives, ideas and hacks to help Myntra accelerate
revenue growth.
The suggestions could be both technical and non-technical. They could be quick hacks or longer
duration projects/programs or mix of both.
Section 3: Food for thought
The following indicative areas could be considered for thinking of ideas.
1. User purchase funnel conversion
2. New user acquisition
3. User retention
4. Cancellation reduction
5. Engagement
General guidelines
The submission format should be a Google doc.
Feel free to think of wider/disruptive areas and ideas beyond Myntra mobile app.
Ideas would be evaluated based on freshness and impact
