Subject: Request for Tourist visa to attend open day event at NHL Stenden, Netherlands.

Dear Sir/madam,

I am applying for tourist visa to visit NHL Stenden to attend open day event (15th June
2019).

Presently, I appeared and passed my secondary Exams in India and exploring avenues for my
further education. I appeared for IELTS exam and waiting for result as it the requirement for
many Universities abroad. I have interest in teaching primary school which I think this the most
important part for the overall development of Children. While doing some research for my
career, I shortlisted few courses one of them is “International Teacher Education for Primary
Schools (ITEps) offered by NHL Stenden, University of Applied Sciences at Netherlands. No
such course is available in India. This university is offering 4 years bachelor program which I
assume after completing and coming back to India I might be able to contribute with skills for
international Standards. Before directly applying to this course, I would like to visit the Institute
and meet the faculty and want to discuss the course in detail. I would like to see the culture,
environment and food if I can live happily for 4 years in that Institute. I have attached details
of this course with this application.

To attend this open day event on 15th June 2019 (open day invitation attached). I have planned
4 days trip. I will arrive on 14th June 2019 at Amsterdam airport. Its 1 hr journey by train to
reach the hotel which booked near the Institute (hotel booking attached). On 15th Saturday, I
will attend their official open day. I will meet professors, students and will explore the facilities
available It will be busy day. On 15th June 2019 Sunday I will explore the city and nearby
places. On 17th after checking out from Hotel, I will visit institute again to see the environment
of the Institute on working day. My return flight is in the evening (flight reservation attached).

Deadline for September intake is 15th August 2019. My father who is agriculturist will pay the
fees for whole course. I planned budget trip and have enough money in my saving account
(details attached) for this trip though I will carry my father`s credit card. I purchased travel
insurance as recommended by the embassy. Please note that I am student so never filed income
tax return. I will be glad to provide you any further information required for the processing of
visa application.

Kindly Consider the application and grant necessary visa.
