MOTION TO RESET

The RESPONDENT, pro se, unto this Honorable Office most


respectfully state, that:

1. That the hearing for the above-entitled case was set on January
24, 2019 at 2:00 in the afternoon;

2. However, the undersigned counsel has a previous setting on the


same day for a case entitled People versus Sarmiento and People
versus Gonzales pending before the MTC Alcala;

3. Considering the absence of the undersigned counsel it is most


respectfully requested that the hearing on January 24, 2019 at
2:00 in the afternoon be reset to another date;

4. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the
proceedings of this case.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, based on the foregoing premises, it is most


respectfully prayed that the hearing of the instant case be reset on
another date subject to the availability of the Honorable Office’s
Calendar.
Other reliefs, just and equitable under the circumstances are
likewise prayed for.
