 Operation and maintenance manuals shall contain the functional description of the system and “As Built” status of
the equipment.
 System description shall have the complete details of the equipment provided and interface details of the
current/existing system with its tag numbering.
 Provide details of the equipment supplied/installed with all the technical specification data sheets and other relevant
information.
 PEL, MEL & RSPL – Please add TAG numbers of the equipment and location details as a minimum.
 Provide Soft Copy in PDF searchable format.
 Provide Contract Scope and Technical specification.
Provide complete package for review.
Send it to the end user.
