RECORD ON APPEAL

Plaintiff, by counsel, respectfully appeals to the Court of Appeals


the Decision of this Honorable Court dated March 5, 2017, a copy of
which he received on March 7, 2019, for being contrary to law and the
evidence presented. The dispositive portion of the decision reads:

“WHEREFORE, the Petition is dismissed and Petitioner is


hereby ordered turn over the subject properties to respondents and to
pay them ₱50,000.00 as attorney's fees.”.

A certified true copy of the appealed decision is hereby


attached as “ANNEX 1”.

To perfect the appeal, the accused has paid the appeal fee and
other costs.

It is hereby requested that the records of above-captioned case


be elevated to the Court of Appeals.
