Body of The Force

1) The document discusses the idea that the Earth could be viewed as a single living organism, with the Force being its energy field, in line with James Lovelock's Gaia Hypothesis. 2) It further explores viewing all living things on the planet as different levels within this larger organism, with the Force running the planet in the same way the mind runs the body. 3) The discussion expands this idea to consider whether the same principles could apply to the solar system, galaxy, and even the entire universe functioning as a cohesive whole.

progress of the whole. As every living thing on
this planet(except humans which tend to destroy
it sometimes). Could we consider then, that every
living being is a level in this planet and that the
planet, as a whole is an organism. The Force
thus, being it's mind? The mind runs the body,
the Force runs the planet, no...the universe or the
infinite.

Why stop at the Earth? Expand it further. Look

at the orderliness of the Solar System. See the
patterns to be found in our Galaxy. Find the
harmony among the stars and come to realize
that the entire Universe works in much the same
way as you have described the Earth acting as a
body.

Likewise, look at smaller things. Learn the order

of a single living cell and come to understand the
atom. These too work as you have described the
Earth, acting as a body.

"As above, so below" and as below, so above.

Come to better understand the harmony in all
things, and you come to better understand the
Force.

Oracle3927 Thoughts bleed through fingers... [

I'm not really a lecture writer. I often feel that the
soul of my writing is neutered in the polishing
process of "proper" writing; I much prefer to
stick to my random stream of consciousness
rants with all their imperfections. (Imperfections
add character and uniqueness... :P) If you care to
turn all of this into a lecture, go right ahead - it's
not as though you need my permission (though I
do appreciate your consideration ). If you'd
like, we can collaborate in the brainstorming
process.

On to other thoughts...

The physical world (/universe), both large and

small, are manifestations of the Force. The
analogy I often think of, and refer too (I
apologize now to those who've already
heard/read me say/write this), is that of a clock:

Quote:
A person looks at a clock and it tells them the
time.

This person wishes to understand the clock

better, and why/how it tells time, so this person
researches it. Eventually, the person comes to

This is the same way I approach most things, the

Force included. I see the physical world and
wonder about it. In my search I have come know
of the Force, and have sought to understand it
more deeply as well. All the perspectives, all the
religions, all the science and philosophy give me
pieces of this understanding that I hope to
eventually fit together. None-the-less, at some
point I'll still go back to just looking at the clock
to see the time. The world will just BE and I'll
understand that the Force just IS, in such a way
that I'll be at peace with that knowledge and find
serenity through understanding.

Now, to answer your questions, Harmony is it's

own natural law and is therefore a law of the
Force (not forgetting that the Force is inclusive
of all things). How I see these things as a matter
of energy is explained in something I wrote some
time ago that is in my journal ("My Beliefs on
Reality as of 2003 May 19, 22:10"). Please realize
that what is written there, and what I presently
believe, is based on the best information I have
thus far; if that changes, so will my belief.

What exactly the "soul" is I have not yet pinned

down. I have several speculative thoughts
though...

In the past few months Oracle, Streen and I have

been expressing to each other our deepest
understandings of the universe.

This includes and defiantly not limited to the

Force, God, the Soul, life, humanity, the
universe, etc.

A lot of what you have said as well as emphasized

parallels our understanding of life quite well. In
fact one of the biggest themes within all of our

sense, in the spiritual sense, our place in this
○ My Recent Posts universe, and our place in the Force.

On that, I e-mailed Streen back last night, due to

the fact that we both sent each other some of the
most profound things we have ever written, if he
would like to post our e-mail conversations up
here at JEDI. Close the topic though, just so
people have in insight into mine and Streen's life
as far as spirituality goes.

Sort of like a Chronicle of our understanding. He

thought it was a great idea, so we may do this
shortly. If we do, I would recommend that you
read them through and if you want, get back to
us on it and well probably post your e-mail up
there too.

You mentioned you have not figured out for

yourself what the soul is just yet, and Streen and
I talked a lot about the soul as well, its in every
one of our conversations. Its more of our
"imprint" into the Force, so to say, the
representation of who we are on another plain of
existence in which such things as feelings and
emotions are derived from, in the sixth sense sort
of way, as in "I have a bad feeling about this".

Anyhow, thats a bad explanation, but youre

welcome to review it when its up.

Oh, and on the Lecture thing, I would love to

brainstorm with you on it. If we both can share
these beliefs as well as we do now, I am confident
we should come up with a great "lecture".

Oracle3927 Re: Parellel thoughts [

There is one episode of "The Outer Limits" that
always sticks in my mind when it comes to
parallel thoughts. The thought that the episode
conveyed is that inspiration strikes multiple
people at a time - as though when the time has
come for mankind to have a certain knowledge it
will occur within several people, the first one
recognized receiving the credit. There is also a
similar thought I've come across in my magickal
studies - that all knowledge transcends time and
it's just a matter of our tapping it.

Hmm... maybe if we're to give credit to the Force

for being inclusive of our cognizance & spirit (not
necessarily two different things) it can be
credited as a well of knowledge as well... might
help explain collective consciousness, but I also
feel it treads too close to making the Force the
default answer for everything. None-the-less, it
would explain internal/external knowledge.

Similarly, with the soul, I'm not sure how many

things I wish to directly accredit to the Force at
this juncture in my understanding, more-or-less
try to explain through multiple dimensions...

Would you are Streen mind letting me in on this

think-tank, or, better yet, making it publicly

I didnt see this posted when I began my earlier

reply, so Im adding a response to this as well.

This all depends on what you want to do, relieve

yourself of the symptoms, or to cure he ailment.
Starvation, disease (at least the
preventable/curable sort), war, and hatred are
by-products of poor/faulty human mindsets
(that are too numerous to list prejudice,
ignorance, greed, sloth, ambition,
pride/arrogance just to name a few).

The only way to cure these ills is to promote a

different way of life, yet how can a person do this
if s/he is not living that lifestyle personally. It
would be rather counter-productive since few
people follow a hypocrite, and if you have not
personally implemented the changes you
promote you run the change of being part of the
problem.

Yes, a lot of what we focus on may seem New

Age-ish, but it serves a real physical purpose:
bettering ourselves so we will be better able to
better the world.

This isn't dogma, this is basic, human
