Letter of Engagement

Dear KAUSTUBH DINESH NAIK,

1. This has reference to your application and the subsequent interview/test, which you had with Forde Search (I) Private
Limited (the “Company”). The Company is pleased to engage you as a D.E.O for our client “Karvy Computershare (p)
Limited” at Client Location - Bangalore location.

2. You shall be paid a salary of Rs.110004(Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand Four Only) per annum as detailed in the Annexure-A.

3. Your engagement is specifically made to meet the exclusive requirement of our client. Notwithstanding anything stated
herein, in the event the contract between the Company and the client is terminated prior to the expiry of the engagement
Period, the Company reserves the right to terminate your engagement.

4. During the engagement period you will perform the duties and responsibilities as instructed to you from time to time. The
company reserves the right to terminate your contract at any time during the above Period, without assigning any reason, by
providing you with 7 days of notice or salary in lieu., No further compensation will be payable by the company to you, in the
event of termination of your services.

5. Please note that your employment is co-terminus with our ibid contract with the client. However, the management is at
liberty to depute you for other works, where FORDE is having its operations.

6. You fully understand that this is a contractual engagement and you shall not have any right or lien to claim employment
against any of our clients, Directors & Officers of the Company, wherever you are deputed.

7. In case the terms and conditions are acceptable to you, please sign the duplicate copy of this letter on each page and return
it in token of having understood and accepted the same for our record.
