Symptoms & disease : fell down from the stairs & unconscious
Patient’s description of symptoms: fell down yesterday morning when he was trying to put his

cardiac standpoint which has been negative so far. no history of chest pain, shortness of breath,
hypertension or diabetes mellitus Past medical history : had pulmonary fibrosis and he is on
