A) VECTOR GROUP TEST : Tick Appropriately.
Isolate Primary / Secondary Neutral Earth.
Short 1U - 2U, Apply 3 Phase 415 V to 1U - 1V - 1W terminals.
Measure following voltages :
Conditions :
(A) YNd11:
Condition - 1: 1U-1W ( ) = 2U-2W ( ) + 1W-2W ( )
Condition - 2: 1V-2V ( ) = 1V-2W ( )
Condition - 3: 1V-2U ( ) > 1V2W ( )
(B) YNyn0:
Condition - 1: 1U - 2N ( ) + 2N - 1N( ) = 1U - 1N ( )
Condition - 2: 1W-2W ( ) = 1V - 2V( )
(C) Dyn11:
Condition - 1: 1W–2W ( ) < 1W–2V ( )
Condition - 2: 1W–2W ( ) + 1U–2W ( ) = 1W – 1U ( )
Condition - 3: 1U - 2W ( ) = 2U–2V ( )
Note: For any other Vector Group Conditions of Testing, refer Manual.
Conclusion: The Vector Group is Cross - checked with Routine TC and found satisfactory (Y/N) :
MAGNETIC BALANNCE TEST FOR TRANSFORMER CORE:
Apply 415V to each winding and measure Voltages in the Other Winding
Applied Measured Condition 1U-N 1V-N 1W-N Condition for Magnetic Balance
1U-N 1V-N 1W-N 1 Apply - 1V 0.75V 0.25V
1V-N 1U-N 1W-N 2 0.5V Apply - 1V 0.5V
1W-N 1U-N 1V-N 3 0.25V 0.75V Apply - 1V
Conclusion: The Magnetic Balance is checked and found to be satisfactory (Y/N) :
