2 Suitable capacity of Hydra / Crane used for the Erection

3 Slings used in Erection are approved by Safety officer

4 No Dent, Crack & Damage observed on Transformer during

Lifting, Handling & other Erection activities.

5 All the H/W for the Wheels / Rollers assembled & Tightened

as per the Torque requirement.

6 Transformer is placed on the Rail / Channel as per Lay out

7 Transformer wheels / Rollers are locked on both Sides after

fixing final location

8 Top Plate Level is checked by Water Level & Satisfactory

9 Testing of all transformer Earthing pit is complete &


satisfactory

10 All the Earthing Connections on the Body / Neutral of

transformer are connected by suitable h/w.

All Accessories like Radiators, Bushings, CT's, Bucholz Relay,

Conservator, Breather, OSR, MOLG, POLG, Fans, PRD, Rapid


11 Pressure Relay, Terminal Boxes, NGR, Level Gauges, Valves,

Pipes, Supports, Jumpers, Leads, H/w, and Gaskets etc. are

installed as per the drawing.

Cabling & Termination of Transformer accessories such as


12 fans, Relays, CT's, OTI / WTI, MOLG, NGR, Pumps, etc. are

complete as per the scheme & Loop checked.

13 Earthing of Radiators, Marshalling Boxes, Fans, Terminal

Boxes, NGR etc. are completed

14 Oil filling: Oil is filled to the Transformer through Filtration kit


and Time Vs. Temperature Vs. BDV is monitored.

15 Oil is filled as per the Levels specified in the drawing.

16 Positions of all valves are kept as per the Valve Schedule


Plate.

Air is released through all the Air Release Plugs of OLTC


17 Tank, Main Tank, Radiators, Conservator, Buchholz relay, etc.
as per the drawing for 2 -3 times in 24 hrs. after the Oil
Filling.

18 Breather is installed along with oil seal & Dry Silica gel.

19 Control cabling & loop check completed as per cable schedule

20 Power Cables, Bus ducts & Overhead lines (as applicable) are

connected as per the Drawing and checked for Tightness

Conclusion: The Transformer Erection is complete as per Manufacturer's Erection Manual and
cleared for Pre-commissioning Checks (Y /N):
