JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING LANDOWNERS

We, ______________________ and _____________________, both


Filipinos, of legal ages, and both residents of Tawala, Panglao, Bohol, Philippines,
after having duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the adjoining landowners of LOT NO. 5068, located at


Tawala, Panglao, Bohol declared in the name of Celistina Clarabal;

2. That we, the herein affiants, have personal knowledge of the fact that
LOT NO. 5068 has been in the possession and has long been occupied by
Celistina Clarabal;

3. That she sold the said property to one Ricardo Bermillo, a resident of
Poblacion Ibabao, Loay, Bohol, as evidenced by a Deed of Absolute Sale
executed on July 7, 1997 before Notary Public Handel T. Lagunay and entered as
Doc. No. 136, Page No. 27, Book No. II, Series of 1997;

4. That said property is not subject to any boundary conflict in the


barangay or in any pending case/complaint lodged in the office of the barangay;

5. That we execute this affidavit to attest the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purposes that this may serve.
