Island Dragon Transport and Travel Services provides the following information to customers: 1) Customers must call to confirm receipt of email deposits by 5pm on weekdays or deposits may not be acknowledged. 2) Deposits made after 4:40pm may not be processed until the next business day. 3) Cancellations 5 days before departure incur a 50% fee, 2 days a 100% fee, and cancellations within 2 days of travel forfeit the entire deposit. 4) Refunds take 2-5 days to process as checks to the contact person that can be picked up or deposited at a BDO branch.

TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS

 Once a deposit is made the customer must call 505-4322 / 0977 840 2767 to confirm that the
email is received with all the necessary attachments
 If a deposit is made beyond 5pm or following a weekends or holidays, we won’t be
responsible for late email unless acknowledged.
 Make sure you deposit your email before 4:40pm to ensure that your deposit or email is
acknowledged.
 We won’t be responsible if your email is not acknowledged and we will be glad to issue a
refund by claiming the money after 5 business days.

CANCELLATIONS CHARGES

 5 days before the departure – 50% of the contract price


 2 days before the departure – 100% of the contract price
 Booking made 2 days before the trip CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELLED. Considered
BOOK AND BUY. The entire Down Payment is forfeited
 In the event of Force Majeure, the booking may be rebooked at a different date and be given
7 days to decide the new date of their trip. Rates are subject to change which will be advised
upon booking. New date of travel is still subject to availability. A new booking form will be
issued indicating the Previous and the New Date and that the new date is already FINAL.
Any further cancellation will forfeit the Down Payment.

REFUND PROCESS

The refund takes between 2–5 working days for processing. Checks will be issued to the Contact
Person/Person who signed the booking form and may be picked up at our office in Marikina any time after
5 working days after the requested refund. Checks may also be deposited to the branch of account
holder which we prefer a BDO ACCOUNT (any Manila Branch). We can also deposit to other banks but
may take longer and you may opt to pick up the check at the office. Please note that we don’t transfer
refund online or via transfer payments.

ALL CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF THE UNITS.


RATES ARE ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
