c) Balance amount of 80% shall be payable in installments, as per the Work Progress in the Payment Schedule given in the costsheet.

e) We accept payments from purchasers by way of A/c Payee Cheques/DDs/Pay Orders to be drawn in favour of "Aparna Constructions
and Estates Private Limited".
f) Charges for realization of out station cheques will be charged to and shall be debited & recovered from the purchaser's account.
a) Cancellation of Booking attracts 10% cancellation charges on total cost of the apartment (including Amenities) + GST amount paid to the
Government.
b) Refund of Advance paid shall be after finding an alternative buyer/customer for the said booking and such refund is subject to deduction
of cancellation charges on total cost of the apartment (including Amenities) and the GST amount paid to the Central Government.
* Terms & Conditions c) Transfer of ownership to a third party before registration is not allowed until 90% of project sales are completed. If the purchaser
intends to transfer the booking after the sale of 90% of the project, the purchaser shall pay an amount of Rs.500,000/- towards transfer
charges.
d) Status of Approvals - Obtained form GHMC and in place.
e) Other terms and conditions applicable as per the Booking Application form and Agreement of Sale mentioned there in.
