One of the most important look in our modern society is “Electric Energy”.

These are what we

commonly think of when we hear the word electricity. Electricity reminds us of anything that we

plug into an electrical outlet in order to make it work from a basic home equipment like

refrigerators, video games, microwaves, computers and lights to a large scale of our community to

operate equipment for the safety, efficiency and comfort of the occupants and users like emergency

systems, air-conditioning, lighting, transportation, office systems and other appliances or upgraded

devices. That’s why we have reached a point in our lives the electricity is used in all purposes in

our civilization.

There are various branches where we can get the energy we all needed, there is geothermal power

plant, solar power plants, wind power plants. Solar power plants enable us to receive heat and light

from the sun where the ultimate source of life on earth comes from. Solar energy is a renewable

form of energy that ae available without any limit we can always use as long as the sun are with

us. Unlike any other energy sources, solar energy cannot be destroyed as it comes from the sun,

this kind of energy does not pollute other things in earth which is why there is a more reason to

promote the use of this energy in every field.

Solar powered streetlights are installed outdoor which are powered by the photovoltaic panels.

This solar powered streetlight that are powered by photovoltaic panels have a rechargeable battery

providing power to the fluorescent or the LED lamp during the entire night. Solar powered

streetlights do require an appropriate system design with a suitable installed capacity of the solar

itself and a battery according to the selected high-power wattage of the LED to be used in order to

meet the standard of the street lighting. By using a solar powered street lights, it will reduce the

power consumption as well as the load loss power of the consumer thus it is the best choice for the

streetlights.
Furthermore, it is vitally important to have a source of light in the middle of the night to have you
